Repair/ Service

Most of the time, you don’t need a new system. With our $85 diagnostics fee, ProServe will figure out exactly the issue. We create a game plan for repair and we will give you different options as to the best way to get your system up and running again.

Maintenance

Included in our $99 per year Maintenance Program:

  • Full servicing and cleaning of your Heating and Air Conditioning systems
  • Standard filter change
  • Parts warranty on all repairs we make for the entire year contract
  • Priority service over non-plan customers
  • Extended appointment times to fit YOUR schedule
  • Validated manufacturer warranties
  • Spot coolers (a/c unit) delivered and installed in your home in emergencies
  • $50 per year, per system credit towards a replacement HVAC system*

*Our New Loyalty Benefit: Each consecutive year you are apart of our maintenance program, you earn a $50 Credit towards the replacement of your HVAC system. Each system in your home will accrue it’s own credit each year. YES - we apply over 50% of your maintenance program payment towards the replacement of your system at the end of it’s life!
